Mandarin Nexus uses account-scoped learning data so progress from one learner is not intentionally mixed with another learner on the same device.
What we store
Learning progress, XP, streaks, completed activities, assessment summaries, preferences and the minimum technical records needed to operate the platform.
Community data
Community messages use your display name and account identifier. Contact details and links are blocked in student posts. Reports are visible only to administrators.
AI & speaking
AI features receive the learner text needed for the requested response. Speaking scores in this app are transcript-based; Mandarin Nexus does not claim acoustic tone, pitch or accent measurement.
Who can access
Your own account sees its learning data. Authorized administrators can access operational and learning records needed to run and review the platform.

Creates a JSON file on this device containing your current Mandarin Nexus progress and basic account identity. It does not include other students’ data.
Progress sync status: local
Account or data deletion
For full account deletion or institutional retention requests, contact your programme administrator. Local browser data can also be removed by clearing this site’s storage after confirming your cloud progress is no longer needed.
This page is a product transparency summary for institute review and learners. Final institutional privacy terms, retention periods and legal agreements must be approved by the responsible organization.
